Pat Fenlon has encouraged his Hibernian players to overcome their fear factor and enjoy playing for the club as he begins his reign looking to turn promise into results.

Hateley's set-pieces have been a key feature of Motherwell's impressive start to the Clydesdale Bank Premier League season, which sees them in third place ahead of the visit of Hibernian.
The 22-year-old has been whipping balls in towards goal from free-kicks and corners and twice looked like he was shooting from the corner flag during Saturday's windy goalless draw against Dundee United.
